.وزيرة الهجرة تستقبل نائب الممثل الخاص للأمين العام للأمم المتحدة ويبحثان آلية استمرار التعاون والتنسيق بين الوزارة والمنظمات الأممية
استقبلت وزيرة الهجرة والمهجرين السيدة إيڨان فائق جابرو، نائب الممثل الخاص للامين العام للأمم المتحدة المنسق المقيم ومنسق الشؤون الانسانية والتنموية في العراق السيد غلام محمد اسحق والوفد المرافق له، في مبنى الوزارة وسط بغداد، وجرى خلال اللقاء بحث أوضاع النازحين والعائدين وسبل تقديم المساعدات الضرورية لهم ودعم الاستقرار في مناطق العودة.
كما شهد …اللقاء، بحث مخرجات زيارة ممثل الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة في العراق الدكتور محمد الحسّان الأخيرة برفقة السيدة الوزيرة إلى مركز (الأمل) للتأهيل النفسي والمجتمعي في محافظة نينوى، وضرورة استمرار المنظمات الأممية بتقديم الخدمات بالتعاون مع الوزارة.
MOMD Minister receives the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of UN to discuss the mechanism for continuing cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and UN organizations
The Minister of Migration and Displaced, Mrs. Evan Faeq Jabro, received the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian and Development Coordinator in Iraq, Mr. Ghulam Muhammad Ishaq, and his accompanying delegation, at the Ministry building in central Baghdad. During the meeting, the conditions of the displaced and returnees were discussed, as well as ways to provide them with the necessary assistance and support stability in the areas of return.
The meeting also witnessed the discussion of the outcomes of the recent visit of the Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Dr. Muhammad Al-Hassan, accompanied by the Minister, to the (Al- Amal) Center for Psychological and Community Rehabilitation in Nineveh Governorate, and the necessity for UN organizations to continue providing services in cooperation with the Ministry.
